Privacy notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data DISTRICT 966 collects through this website, why, who handles it, and the rights you have under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Who we are
DISTRICT 966 is a growth agency based in Saudi Arabia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything related to your data, email hello@district966.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company name (optional)
- The services you select and your message (optional)
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run the site securely. We also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. When you switch language, the site keeps a one-time note in your browser so the page doesn’t replay its opening animation; it is deleted as soon as the page loads.
Why we use it
We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and prepare that work. You give us this data by sending the form, and you can ask us to stop using it at any time. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who handles it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver your message:
- Vercel: hosts this website (servers in several countries, including the United States)
- Resend: delivers your enquiry to us by email (servers in Ireland, EU)
- Namecheap: forwards email sent to our district966.com addresses (United States)
- Google: provides the inbox where we receive and answer enquiries (servers in several countries)
Transfers outside Saudi Arabia
Because these providers operate outside the Kingdom, your data is transferred and stored abroad. We share only what is needed for each service to work, and rely on providers that apply recognised security safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what our working relationship and legal obligations require. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Know how your personal data is collected and used
- Access your data and receive a copy of it
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Have your data deleted when we no longer need it
- Withdraw your consent to us using your data
How to use them
Email hello@district966.com and tell us what you would like. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
